Lai Lam-kwong is a former Taiwanese professional badminton player. He was born on 21 June, 1927 in Taiwan. He is one of the most successful badminton players in the history of the sport, having won numerous titles in both singles and doubles. He was a member of the Chinese Taipei national badminton team from 1952 to 1964. Lai Lam-kwong was a dominant force in the sport during his career, winning the All-England Championships in both singles and doubles in 1956 and 1957. He also won the Asian Games in 1958 and the Asian Championships in 1959. He was a member of the Chinese Taipei team that won the Thomas Cup in 1959. Lai Lam-kwong retired from professional badminton in 1964. He is now 96 years old and has a net worth of approximately $1 million. He is married and has two children.
