Margaret Anne appeared on the NBC show 30 Rock on February 9, 2012, alongside Tina Fey and Tracy Morgan in the hour-long Valentine's Day episode "Hey Baby, What's Wrong". She appeared in the CBS drama Blue Bloods featuring Tom Selleck in the show's 7th episode, Brothers, on November 5, 2010. She had a recurring, three-episode arc as 'Marlene' during Guiding Light's penultimate season in 2007 and 2008. She also had roles in Law & Order in the 18th season-finale, Excalibur in 2008, White Collar on the USA Network in the 1st-season episode Flip of the Coin in 2009, and Showtime's Nurse Jackie in the 2nd-season episode Apple Bong in 2010. She also appeared in 2017 in the CMT TV series Sun Records. She most recently starred in the 2018 Lifetime (TV Network) movie "A Sister's Secret".
Margaret Anne co-starred as Rosemary Keenan, alongside Carla Gugino and Ellen Burstyn, in The Mighty Macs, released nationwide on October 21, 2011 and based on the true story of Basketball Hall of Fame coach Cathy Rush, who led Immaculata University to the 1972 National Women's Collegiate Championship.
