Michael Frayn

The cast of his play, "Noises Off" at the Windy City Playhouse in Chicago, Illinois were nominated for a 2019 Equity Joseph Jefferson Award for Ensemble (Play).

John Cleese named him in a 2012 interview as the living person he most admired. He has also called Frayn's script for Clockwise (1986) the best film script which had been written for him as a lead.
