Mitch Hahn is an Australian professional basketball player who currently plays for the Brisbane Bullets of the National Basketball League (NBL). He was born on 10 May 1981 in Brisbane, Australia. Hahn attended the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and was a member of the Australian Under-20 team that won the 2001 FIBA Under-20 World Championship. He was drafted by the Brisbane Bullets in the 2002 NBL Draft and has since played for the Bullets, the Cairns Taipans, the Townsville Crocodiles, the Gold Coast Blaze, and the Sydney Kings. Hahn has been a member of the Australian national team since 2002, and has represented his country at the 2006 FIBA World Championship, the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and the 2010 FIBA World Championship. Hahn is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have two children. He is currently 43 years old and has a net worth of approximately $2 million.

The 2006 Record describes Hahn as being "immensely strong" with a "bullocking style of play". During a win against the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba in Round 18 2006, he hyperextended and severely injured his left knee upon landing after a running jump and laid on the ground clutching it. The game was held up as he was taken off on a stretcher. The injury forced him to miss the rest of the season and earlier parts of 2007. He was delisted by the Western Bulldogs on 10 November 2010, but was redrafted only through the Rookie Draft only weeks later.

Originally from Brisbane in Queensland, he was chosen in the 1999 National AFL Draft at number 37, a trade the Bulldogs had received from Richmond in exchange for Leon Cameron. As at the end of the 2005 season was part of the Bulldogs' leadership group.
