Mohamed Masmoudi is a Tunisian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Tunisia from 1969 to 1970. He was born on 29 May 1925 in Mahdia, Tunisia. Masmoudi studied law at the University of Tunis and was a professor of law at the University of Tunis from 1952 to 1969. He was a member of the Tunisian National Assembly from 1956 to 1969 and was appointed Prime Minister of Tunisia in 1969. He served in this position until 1970. Masmoudi was a member of the Tunisian Constitutional Assembly from 1971 to 1974 and was a member of the Tunisian Senate from 1974 to 1981. He was also a member of the Tunisian Constitutional Council from 1981 to 1987. Masmoudi is the author of several books on law and politics, including "The Tunisian Constitution" (1974) and "The Tunisian Political System" (1981).
