Naresh Chander Chaturvedi was an Indian politician and a member of the Indian National Congress. He was born on 30 April 1928 in the village of Chaturvedi in the district of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. He was educated at the University of Allahabad and the University of Lucknow. He was a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 1962 to 1967 and a member of the Rajya Sabha from 1967 to 1972. He was also a member of the Lok Sabha from 1972 to 1977. He was a member of the Indian National Congress and served as the Minister of State for Home Affairs in the Government of India from 1977 to 1979. He was also the Minister of State for Civil Aviation from 1979 to 1980. Naresh Chander Chaturvedi passed away on 28 August 2020 at the age of 92. He was survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. Naresh Chander Chaturvedi had an estimated net worth of $1 million. He earned his wealth through his political career.
