Nasim Osman is a Bangladeshi politician who has served as a Member of Parliament for the Dhaka-10 constituency since 2008. He is a member of the Awami League, the ruling party in Bangladesh. Nasim Osman was born on 31 July 1953 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dhaka in 1975. He then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the same university in 1977. Nasim Osman began his political career in 1979 when he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Dhaka-10 constituency. He has since been re-elected to the same seat in 2008, 2014 and 2018. Nasim Osman has held various ministerial positions in the Bangladeshi government, including Minister of State for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, Minister of State for Home Affairs, and Minister of State for Public Administration. Nasim Osman is married to Farida Osman and has two children. His net worth is estimated to be around $2 million.
