He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Minneapolis Lakers and the Fort Wayne Pistons. He was a two-time All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Second Team in 1951. Noel Brown was a 6-foot-2 guard who attended the University of Texas at Austin. He was drafted by the Minneapolis Lakers in the 1949 NBA Draft and played for the team for two seasons. He was traded to the Fort Wayne Pistons in 1951 and played for the team for three seasons. He was a two-time All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Second Team in 1951. Noel Brown retired from the NBA in 1954 and went on to become a successful businessman. He is 97 years old and is currently living in Texas.
