Oliver Wallace was a prolific composer and arranger of music for films and television. He composed the music for over 200 films, including the classic Disney films Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Dumbo. He also composed the music for the television series The Mickey Mouse Club. Wallace was born in London, England, and began his musical career as a pianist in the 1920s. He moved to the United States in the 1930s and began working for Walt Disney Studios in 1934. He composed the music for many of Disney's classic animated films, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Dumbo. He also composed the music for the television series The Mickey Mouse Club. Wallace was nominated for an Academy Award for his work on the film The Three Caballeros in 1945. He was also nominated for an Emmy Award for his work on the television series The Mickey Mouse Club in 1956. Wallace died in Hollywood, California, in 1963. He was 75 years old.
