Bisso began his career as a costume designer in the early 1980s, working on films such as The Official Story and The Motorcycle Diaries. He made his acting debut in the 1985 film The Official Story, and has since appeared in numerous films and television series. Bisso has won several awards for his work, including the Silver Condor Award for Best Costume Design for The Official Story in 1985, and the Goya Award for Best Costume Design for The Motorcycle Diaries in 2004.
