Philip Boedoro is a Vanuatuan politician who has served as the Prime Minister of Vanuatu since 2016. He was born on 21 May 1958 in Maewo, Vanuatu. He is a member of the Union of Moderate Parties. Boedoro attended the University of the South Pacific in Fiji, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. He then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in International Relations at the University of London. Boedoro began his political career in 1991, when he was elected to the Parliament of Vanuatu. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1995 to 1996, and as Minister of Finance from 1996 to 1998. He was also the leader of the Union of Moderate Parties from 1998 to 2004. In 2016, Boedoro was elected Prime Minister of Vanuatu. He has since been re-elected in 2020. As of 2021, Philip Boedoro's net worth is estimated to be around $2 million.
