Reni Yordanova is a Bulgarian rower who was born on 25 October, 1953 in Bulgaria. She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, having won gold in the women's quadruple sculls at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow and the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. She also won a bronze medal in the women's double sculls at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. Yordanova began rowing in 1972 and was a member of the Bulgarian national team from 1975 to 1988. She won numerous medals at the European Championships, World Championships, and World Cup events. Yordanova is 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) tall and weighs 70 kg (154 lb). Yordanova is married and has two children. She currently works as a rowing coach in Bulgaria.
