She was best known for her recordings of popular songs such as "Parlami d'amore Mariu" and "Torna a Surriento". Rina Ketty began her career as a singer in the 1930s, performing in cabarets and nightclubs in Italy. She made her film debut in 1940 in the film "La vita è bella". She went on to appear in several other films throughout the 1940s and 1950s. Rina Ketty was also a successful recording artist, releasing several albums throughout her career. Her most successful album was "Rina Ketty Sings Neapolitan Songs", which was released in 1954. The album featured some of her most popular songs, including "Parlami d'amore Mariu" and "Torna a Surriento". Rina Ketty passed away on 28 April, 1998 in Rome, Italy. She was 87 years old.
