Robert Hardy Andrews was an American writer, producer, and miscellaneous. He was born on October 19, 1903 in Effingham, Kansas, USA. He was best known for his work on the television series The Twilight Zone, which he wrote and produced. Andrews attended the University of Kansas, where he studied journalism and wrote for the school newspaper. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles and began working in the film industry. He wrote for several films, including The Big Sleep and The Man Who Knew Too Much. In 1959, Andrews was hired by CBS to write and produce for The Twilight Zone. He wrote and produced several episodes of the show, including "The Invaders" and "The Shelter". He also wrote the screenplay for the film version of The Twilight Zone. Andrews was married to actress and singer Jeanette Nolan from 1945 until his death in 1989. He died at the age of 85 in Los Angeles, California. Robert Hardy Andrews had an estimated net worth of $2 million at the time of his death.
