Robert Lang is an Australian rower who was born on 18 April, 1955 in Australia. He is a four-time Olympic gold medalist and a three-time world champion. He is the most successful Australian rower of all time. Lang began his rowing career in 1975 and competed in the 1976 Montreal Olympics, where he won a bronze medal in the coxless fours. He went on to win gold medals in the coxless fours at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, the 1988 Seoul Olympics, and the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. He also won gold medals in the coxless pairs at the 1985 and 1989 World Rowing Championships. Lang retired from competitive rowing in 1993 and has since become a successful coach. He has coached the Australian men's eight to gold medals at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and the 2004 Athens Olympics. As of 2021, Robert Lang's net worth is estimated to be around $2 million.
