Robinson Uscanga Cruz is a Mexican politician who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico since 2018. He is a member of the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA) party. Uscanga Cruz was born on 20 February 1962 in Veracruz, Mexico. He studied at the Autonomous University of Veracruz and obtained a degree in law. He also studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and obtained a master's degree in public administration. Uscanga Cruz began his political career in the early 2000s, when he was elected as a municipal president of Veracruz. He was re-elected in 2006 and served until 2009. In 2012, he was elected as a federal deputy for the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress. He was re-elected in 2018 and is currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. Uscanga Cruz is married and has two children. He is 58 years old.
