He began his career in the 1940s, appearing in films such as La Belle Aventure (1942) and La Symphonie Pastorale (1946). He also appeared in the television series Les Cinq Dernières Minutes (1958-1959). In addition to his acting career, Lanzac was also a singer, releasing several albums throughout his career. He was also a composer, writing the music for the film La Symphonie Pastorale. Lanzac passed away on 28 April, 2009 in Paris, France. He was 88 years old.
