2020

On 10 January 2020, Gumbley released a single titled "Neither Would I". The song failed to chart on the UK Singles Chart, after Gumbley campaigned to do so, but it did reach number 42 on the UK Independent Singles Chart, and number 11 on the Apple iTunes UK Singles Downloads Chart.

Gumbley also wrote the chorus of and produced KSI's single "Wake Up Call", featuring American rapper and singer Trippie Redd, which was released on 31 January 2020. The song reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart, making it Gumbley's second UK top 40 appearance, and number two on the Apple iTunes UK Singles Downloads Chart.

2019

On 4 July 2019, Gumbley released a song titled "Always Wrong" as the lead single from his album True Colours. The album's second single titled "Too Soon" was released on 12 September. True Colours was independently released soon after on 26 September. "Come Alive" was released as the third single from the album on 26 December.

Gumbley produced and featured on British YouTuber and rapper KSI's single "Down Like That", also featuring American rappers Rick Ross and Lil Baby, which was released on 7 November 2019. The song peaked at number 10 on the UK Singles Chart, making it Gumbley's first and only top-ten single in the UK, and reached number 1 on the Apple ITunes UK Singles Downloads Chart. In February 2020, the British Phonographic Industry certified the song as Silver for exceeding UK sales of 200,000.

Gumbley produced and featured on the song "The Gift" by British YouTube group Sidemen, which was released as part of their Sidemen Sunday YouTube video "Sidemen Make a Song in 24 Hours" on 15 December 2019. The song reached number 77 on the UK Singles Chart and number 18 on the UK Singles Downloads Chart, and peaked at number 6 on the Apple iTunes UK Singles Downloads Chart.
