Scott Oldershaw is a Canadian canoeist who was born on February 23, 1954 in Canada. He is the son of canoeist and coach Bill Oldershaw, and the brother of canoeists Dean Oldershaw and Mark Oldershaw. He is a three-time Olympian, having competed in the 1976, 1984, and 1988 Summer Olympics. Oldershaw is a two-time Olympic medalist, having won a bronze medal in the C-2 500 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, and a silver medal in the C-2 1000 m event at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. He also won a gold medal in the C-2 500 m event at the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracas, Venezuela. Oldershaw is a member of the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame, the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame, and the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Oldershaw Canoe Club, which was founded by his father in 1947. As of 2021, Scott Oldershaw's net worth is estimated to be around $1 million.
