Sergey Anatolyevich Petrov is a Russian businessman and politician. He is the founder and beneficiary of the ROLF Group, one of the largest privately owned companies in Russia. He is also a member of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia. Petrov was born on 16 August 1954 in Orenburg, Russia. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1977 and began his career as an engineer at the Orenburg Metallurgical Plant. In 1989, he founded the ROLF Group, which has since become one of the largest privately owned companies in Russia. Petrov has been a member of the State Duma since 2003. He is a member of the United Russia party and serves on the Committee on Economic Policy, Innovation Development and Entrepreneurship. As of 2021, Sergey Anatolyevich Petrov's net worth is estimated to be roughly $1.5 billion.
