In 2017 Tuifangaloka was called up by Timote Moleni for the Tonga national football team to play at the 2017 Pacific Mini Games. He made his debut on December 9, 2017, in a 4–2 loss against New Caledonia. Tuifangaloka came into action when he replaced Vai Lutu after 55 minutes. In the 66 minutes he gave the assist to Tonga's second goal scored by Kilifi Uele.
