Steve Tisch is an American film and television producer, as well as the chairman and executive vice president of the New York Giants. He is the son of former Giants co-owner Bob Tisch. Tisch was born on February 14, 1949 in Lakewood, New Jersey. He graduated from Tufts University in 1971 with a degree in psychology. Tisch began his career in the entertainment industry in 1976, when he joined the staff of Columbia Pictures. He eventually became the president of production at the studio. In 1986, he founded his own production company, Steve Tisch Company, which has produced a number of successful films, including Forrest Gump, American History X, and The Pursuit of Happyness. In 2005, Tisch became the chairman and executive vice president of the New York Giants. He has since been instrumental in the team's success, including their Super Bowl XLVI victory in 2012. Tisch is married to Jamie Leigh Schutz and has three children. He has an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion.
