Brest is best known for her poetry, which is often characterized by its lyrical and romantic nature. She has published several collections of poetry, including "The Poems of Vida Brest" (1956), "The Poems of Vida Brest" (1962), and "The Poems of Vida Brest" (1966). She has also written several novels, including "The House of the Sun" (1962) and "The House of the Moon" (1966).
