Wafula Wabuge is a Kenyan politician who served as a Member of Parliament for the Kipkelion Constituency from 1969 to 1974. He was born on 27 March 1927 in Kipkelion, Kenya. He attended the University of Nairobi, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. He then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the same university. He began his political career in 1969 when he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Kipkelion Constituency. He served in this position until 1974. During his tenure, he was a member of the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party. He was also a member of the East African Legislative Assembly from 1975 to 1977. He was also a member of the East African Community Council of Ministers from 1977 to 1979. He has also served as a member of the East African Community Council of Ministers from 1979 to 1981. He was also a member of the East African Community Council of Ministers from 1981 to 1983. He is currently the Chairman of the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party.
