On January 31, 2020, Rosscup signed a minor league deal with the Colorado Rockies.
On May 23, 2019, Rosscup was claimed on waivers by the Toronto Blue Jays. He was designated for assignment on May 28. He was outrighted to Buffalo on June 2, but elected free agency rather than report.
On June 12, 2019, Rosscup signed a minor league deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers added him to the MLB roster on June 27. On July 15, he was designated for assignment by the Dodgers. On July 29th, He was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals for Cash Considerations.
